Description

Français : Alphonse Giroux, tabletier établi rue du Coq-Saint-Honoré, s'était fait une spécialité des jouets de grand luxe.
Ce petit carrosse fut offert par Louis XVIII aux enfants du duc de Berry. Il est en or, attelé de chevaux en nacre au harnachement d'or. Les vitres sont en cristal de roche ; la lanterne et les poignées des portières sont ornées de brillants et d'émeraudes ; les bornes à chaînes sont en argent. Les marchepieds peuvent être déployés, les portières fermées et les rouages démontés.
